RiverRun Rafting is an eco-friendly outdoor adventure that uses only the swift currents of the Ottawa River and a bit of paddle power from our guests to take you through rapids and calm pools of clean blue water. The scenery is breathtaking on the Ottawa River, our Canadian wilderness at its best right here in the Ottawa Valley.

Enjoy "A Taste of the Valley" as RiverRun will now be offering a variety of food that is grown locally by valley farmers as well as in-season produce grown on site from our own organic gardens.

Did you know?

The hamburgers, roasts and sausages served at RiverRun come from small family operated farms here in the Ottawa Valley that are using ecologically and ethical sound farming principles. We want natural products raised without the use of growth promoting hormones and antibiotics.

The food we serve is fresher, better tasting and better quality. RiverRun is committed to helping family farms stay in business by providing consumer support for sustainable farm practices.

How can you help us go green?

For starters, why not bring your own coffee mug? We use recycled paper products but even they still use a lot of world resources to produce and can be reduced with your help. Please use our recycling boxes that are placed throughout the property. Keep your showers brief to help us save on the use of electricity to heat water. And of course we ask that you help us keep our resort "litter free".

Our Goals:

RiverRun Rafting & Wilderness Resort is working towards installing solar power and will continue to find better ways to improve our services with our "Go Green" plans for the future.
